As the end of year 2018 draws closer, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our upcoming holiday plan. We will be taking a 4 week holiday from Sat Dec 15, 2018 to Sun Jan 13, 2019. Why the long break? Well, some of our staff members live very far away from their family and loved ones and this is a once a year opportunity to return home to celebrate the holidays together. Please find below our holiday and delivery schedule, and how it may (or may not) affect you.
Holiday and Delivery Schedule
Holidays: Sat Dec 15, 2018 to Sun Jan 13, 2019
Please note that during this time, we will still be accepting orders but your orders may take up to an additional 7 business days to dispatch in addition to its standard processing time*. We will try our best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. However, as there are only so few of us and so many of you, there may be a slight delay as we process your orders.
* The standard processing time refers to the Availability schedule on every product page on our website. Before placing your order, please refer to the respective product information (on the Availability section) to determine the duration as it differs across dresses.
All items from the Sale section can only be shipped AFTER our holidays. Please do not place an order for any sale items if this is a concern.
Email Support and Inquiries
Please expect a delay for all inquiries sent via email. We will still strive to get back to you as soon as possible. Live chat will be unavailable during the holidays.
We advise all customers to specify an event date when you place your custom order. If we believe that we cannot deliver your order to you on time, you will be contacted promptly to discuss alternatives or upgrade to a faster shipping method.
The returns period will be extended until Mon Jan 7, 2019. What this means is that you have until Mon Jan 7, 2019 to post your returns back to us. Returns will only be processed on Mon Jan 14, 2019 when we return from the holidays. Please note that our usual Returns Policy here still applies, even though the returns period is extended.
1) When you receive your order, please submit your return request within 7 calendar days as usual if you wish to return any item(s) in your order.
2) We will be in touch with more details, including your RMA# and return address. You have until Mon Jan 7, 2019 to post the item(s) back to us.
3) We will process your return on Mon Jan 14, 2019 or as soon as we receive your return.

All our ready stock dresses (where the Availability shows as "In Stock") usually ships within 2-7 days.
As for custom made dresses or pre-order dresses (where the Availability shows as "Pre-Order"), it normally ships within 8-25 days after the tailoring is completed.
